[ Making Accounts ]
1. You need money.
2. Buy any SIM (Smart, DITO, Globe, etc) just find the cheapest one or use You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now.
3. In your computer download Telegram then in your phone using that SIM/Phone Number make an account.
4. Login the account in the Telegram in your computer.
5. Just repeat it.
6. Magic.

[ Preserving the Accounts ]
Just go to the Telegram folder location, archive the entire folder then just upload in any file hosters to preserve it.
