is it possible for the owner na i-blocked yung internet access sa akin pero in a way na nakakaconnect pa rin ako sa kanila pero no internet nga lang? Thanks sa sasagot!

Yes, you can do it by limiting the DHCP addresses that the router or modem will assign to its clients. Check mo kung may nakukuha kang IP address, usually 192.168.x.x, kung wala, probably that's it.
