Ano issue neto idol pag on ko ng cpu mga 5 sec automatically mag o off siya maaayus pakaya to?

kung may dalawang ram, try mo isa lang alternate. if isa lang ram try mo mag ibang ram.

Ang automatic na pag-off ng iyong computer sa loob ng 5 segundo ay maaaring dulot ng iba't ibang problema, tulad ng:

In my Experience usually the main issue Power Supply Unit (PSU) or unregulated supply or over yung consumption ng hardware peripherals sa installed PSU mo for example you only have 400 watts PSU installed but the required wattage is more than 400 watts. (this is applicable only for desktop computers)

Second is poor ventilation or lack of Colling system. so you need to check if if there is a dust that affect for the ventilation system of your device most common on laptop device. put your laptop in a laptop cooling fan or upgrade your cooling system for desktop.

Third is defective or grounded peripherals usually defective GPU or other PCI device.
