Sa Win7 ko noon kinalikot yung existing CS 1.3 pack noon (1st post) including additional patches para medyo stable, gumanda yung graphics, maayos yung FOV - patched to hl1.1.1.2 retail update atbp. Ayos naman siyang gamitin noon after extraction (as is). Maliit lang yung screen sa laptop kong ginamit kaya ko ginamitan ng patches. Dito sa baba yung information para sa Steamless CS like CS 1.3 for those interested in updating/patching.

Sa gamit kong Win10 ngayon, medyo buggy yung latest pack sa 1st post sa'kin he he. May alt-tab glitch pa. Random kasi yung yung bugs depende sa system. Pero gumagana naman ng maayos sa lan at for offline use, I-set nyo lang muna yung video configuration na stable sa system ninyo either in OpenGL or DirectX using HL mod to observe bago nyo gamitin sa CS. Kahit yung mga older CS 1.6 ay ganyan din kaya hanapan ninyo yung kiliti para maging stable gamitin. Sakit talaga yan ng Half-life mods using the HL engine releases. Check nyo sa PCGameWiki yung mga possible fixes kung sakali.
