Pahelp po aq sa laptop namin na ginagamit po sa work.. ganyan po nangyayare may sariling buhay. kahit restart at shutdown na. wala po antivirus. ano kaya possible. problem. salamat sa makakatulong po..

virus the best way reformat nlang and clean install windows 10 or 11

hindi ako maalam mag reformat lods.. ang dami pa. naman namin files dito.. wala external drive

TS, pagawa ka ng Hiren's BootCD PE x64 sa bootable USB. I-boot mo siya sa infected laptop at gamitin mo yung mga anti-virus niya para ma-scan yung laptop mo.

not sure kung software issue
pero possible na hardware gaya ng keyboard
try mo mag punta ng bios kung may ganyan ding issue na naghohover ng kusa ung selector - pag wala - format muna lng

Obviously, hardware issue yan, check mo yung keyboard mo baka short-circuit yan, particularly yung TAB or Arrow key. Pwede po linisin sakaling madaan sa linis.

Kung hardware ang issue, magre-reflect pa rin iyan kapag bi-noot mo na sa bootable USB. At any rate, kailangan mo pa ring mag-run ng anti-virus na hindi mo magagawa kung OS ang ibo-boot mo.

pinaka my threat is yung umawson
kase dalawa ang klase ng umawson isang false positive na nadedetect ng windows defender
galing sa pirated games and software
or yung trojan version which is raratratin ka ng ads in desktop yung operation nya

yung symptom is di pasok sa modus nung umawson so 95% ako sa hardware problem
lalo na since isang direction lang pinupuntahan ng highlight
(operational virus is all direction para di madali ma diagnose)
5% sa umawson + mas mabuti parin na tangalin mo yung umawson
run either malware bytes or any other suggested remover dito

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue:

• If it does, connect an external USB keyboard and see if the same problem persists.
• If it works normal with a USB keyboard, you may need to do a complete factory reset with your laptop to really identify if it's a hardware or software problem.
• If resetting your laptop back to factory does not solve the problem, then it's the keyboard itself that is faulty.
