cashed in ako gamit ung link na bank ko - union bank
debited sya sa banko ko pero sa gcash wala pumasok
nag submit ako ng ticket sa help support sa app pero hanggang ngayon wala pa response
paano kaya yun - higit 24 hours na ung issue eh

gaano ba katagal mag response sa ticket sila

Provide them a screenshot/proof of the transaction (if you have saved it) for easy reference.

Dami ding complaints jan sa GCASH. Like nagpaload para sa promo na hindi narereceived ng customer. GCASH anyareeeh ??? Tutulog tulog va?
