Ask ko lang po if may same scenario sa akin, nagpakabit kasi ako ng converge last Aug. 2021 then nitong Dec 2021 naging LOS ang modem nag reach out ako sa converge through email pati na rin sa fb page nila about sa problem ko but hindi na solve. Nainis ako at nagpakabit sa tao na lang, since then wala na rin akong natanggap na SOA month of October pa ang last SOA na nareceive ko. Now may question is patuloy pa rin ba ang bill ko kahit hindi ko na nagagamit ang internet po nila? Maraming salamat sa sasagot
