version1
1cup arina
3/4cup cornstarch

di sya golden masyado at brown sya tingann

tapos naman

version 2
1 1/4 cup arina
1/2 cup cornstarch

browns ya walang golden hahah

tapos ito naman
50:50 arina tapos cornstarch okay na sa kulay para sa akin kaso

walang blister ehh tsaka parang di gaya sa jollibee di sya umosbong...tsaka naluto na 15 min 180C....ewan ko nag nipis na yung balat nya siguro na overcooked na....baka next try ko is 180C 10min


pero ano tingin nyo kulang? gusto ko magaya sa jollibee heheh...walang blister tapos parang di umusbong ehh

kung may alam kayo sekreto ni jollibee pa share naman heheh
 
I coat mo ng harina lods para magka blister

Pagkatapos mo ma marinate, lagyan ng isang egg saka crispy fry para mabango at pampalasa. Haluing mabuti at pagkatapos e coat ulit sa harina.. wag i halo sa minarenate ha kapag nagcocoat ka. Tapos e deep fry mo sa mantika

Ganto pagka coat lods para magka blister siya. At lutuin sa katamtamang apoy para maluto sa ilalim at wag e over cooked masyado para juicy
