1.Don’t Think About it as Hard Work

Wag mong isipin na mahirap yun gawin ,instead think of it kung gaano ka worth it at kaganda oncel natapos mo na.Just think of it as its just an easy task to be done.Think of it like a challenging puzzle na once natapos mo na it serve as a stepping stone for another broader journey towards success.


2.Create Small, Bite-Sized Goals

Think of eating cookies,you bite it into smaller pieces .Just like goals .Dapat paunti unti lang pah bite ,di mo naman sinusubo ng buo.You need to breakdownn goals dyan mo makikita kung gaano ka naproprogress.Simplify the process by breaking down your goals in order to make it less intimidating.


3.Stop Caring About the Things That Don’t Matter

Wag mong isipin at pag aksayan ng panahon yung mga bagay na di makabulohan or else it will drain your energy.Instead ,keep on working to those things na inherently meaningful and part of your goals.


4.Set a Quit Time

At least once in a while,allow yourself some down time.Make time to refresh and recharge yourself.


5.Just Do It

A simple way to get motivated is by doing it.
Without wasting time and waiting for deadlines,just do it.Focus on it.


6.Celebrate Wins

Never discount little things.It maybe small or big wins,it don't matter,just celebrate every wins.It will help you to stay motivated and encourage you to work hard on things.
