Sure you can create your own APN if there is none available
You can try this...
1.Go to Settings
2.Click More - Wireless & Networks.
3.Choose Mobile Network then Access Point Name.
4.Click on Globe Sim - Click on the drop down button
5.Select Create New APN and proceed...

Now if you can't connect succesfully :

On the first page there is a list of Proxy Servers and Real Proxy Servers. Mix match them until you get a good connection. There will be a right combination for your location.Patience is required.Goodluck.

davebaho Yes it can be used on a pocket wifi. I have not tested it on Smartbro but it works well on a regular sim.

francislongoria It can download and upload heavy files but do not abuse it, if there is a sudden change in speed you must know how to manage it.

Yong device po n sinubukan ko ay galaxy young. Hanggang sa connected/disconnected lang po kasi yong screen. Wla yong more options.
