🔒 Closed POS, paano maging BIR-compliant?

Ano dapat ang mga features ng POS para maging BIR Compliant especially yung printing ng resibo?

Ang alam ko TS, need na registered programmer (accreditation) ka ng BIR. May annual fee ata yun.. Better ask them first or visit their office. Also, you need to register the machine that will issue an official receipt.

Para lang sana ito sa isang maliit na convenience store, hindi ba kaya puwedeng yung may-ari ng convenience store ang magparegister kasi hindi ko naman talaga ito imamarket para kailanganin kong magbayad ng annual fee?

Kaya napaisip ako kung kailangan pa ba talagang mairegister o hindi na, basta ba compliant lang yung mga receipts and reports siguro?

Pwd mo yan isama sa pckage mo with client. You can make an agreement na shoulder nila yung payment for accreditation. Kung hindi ka naman madala magkaroon ng cient para sa POS lugi ka talaga sa annual fee. Ang diskarte dyan na pwedi mo gawin is maghanap ka ng kakilala na may accredition sa BIR then use them instead. Bigay ka nalang ng certain percentage para paggamit ng accreditation nila. Ganyan ginawa ko..

Need niyo po iparegister yung pos machine( hardware + software) but no need to get accreditation on your part, basta mag submit ka lang sa BIR ng requirements pwede mo idownload sa BIR website (search mo RMC 5-2021), may checklist po don. I think kailangan lang pumirma ng sworn statement ng client (Annex A-1 - system is used and maintained by client) and comply with the checklist.

And most importantly, kailangan i enroll nung client yung machine sa BIR ESales for monthly reporting ng gross sales, malaki penalty pag di ito na comply.

Nasa RR 10-2015 Section 5 po yung required contents ng receipt, (para mas madali gayahin mo nalang yung mga resibo ng grocery). Sa reports naman Z-reading, monthly gross sales, inventory valuation per warehouse/branch, sales per machine, etc.

Thank you. Actually kaya ko naman magprogram, yung features lang niya sana ang gusto ko malaman para makapasa sa BIR requirements.
