Hi need ko ng web dev na kayang makagawa ng mobile friendly / fully responsive na website for around 20k budget if want ng mas mataas pwede pa pagusapan pero student palang ako so let's see.

Website Description: Log In / Register website with home page and some tabs for pages. Main function ay yung page na integrated with geographic map / google maps na pwedeng maedit / modify at malagyan ng pins with text and media sa admin tab / page.

As for the language na gagamitin is depende na sayo kung saan ka comfortable pero if kaya mong gumamit ng php / javascript at API at the same time with Slim framework, much preferred.
