Iwas ka sa lahat ng colored beverages for 3 months. Meaning, water lang ang inumin mo.

Avoid sugary and oily foods. Less junkfoods and fastfoods. Less rice more veggies and white meat.

Take hot water na pinigaan ng kalahating lemon sa umaga pagkagising at bago ka matulog sa gabi.

Kapag napansin mo na loose na yung flab mo sa tyan, do some sit ups/ab crunches, para maging firm at mahirapan na din sumingit ang fats na nagpapalaki sa tyan. Start with 5-10 sit ups daily then level up mo kung kaya.
