Maganda ba mag workout around 10 am to 12 noon mga lods??? Effective kaya sa katawan ..gusto ku sana mag bawas ng timbang ..tapos around 10 am aku magstart
ANytime of the day ok lang pero kung weight lifting ang ginagawa mo eh wag gawin everyday. Dyan nagkakaroon ng injury which lead to connective tissue tear. Rest ka ng 3 days para makarecover ang muscles at connective tissue mo. Search mo bicep tear as example. Jogging ok lang everyday
Anytime. Usually hapon ako nasa gym. 3 times a week usually nagkaka DOMS ako pag na sobrahan. May work rin eh. atsaka usually 2 sets lang this week next iba naman depende sa part na babanatan ko.
