ano kaya posibleng dahilan ng hindi nawawalang bloated ng tiyan ko? kasi kahit ilang oras na nakalipas parang busog pa rin ako tas medyo hirap makahinga. na try ko na mag tea, tubig, belly massage, at fiber juice pero di pa rin nawawala. nadidighay naman ako after kumain tas nakakadumi ng maayos kaso ganon pa rin siya. any idea anong sakit tong nararamdaman ko at pano gamutin
 
try to drink pepper mint tea,ginger tea or lemon,or you may trio probiotics such as bananas,dark chocolate or raw garlic.Pwedi mo din etry yung mga potassium rich food like avocado, squash sweet potato and white beans.Do some walking and try to elevate your legs when lying down.Ganyan din ako minsan,
It may due to food intolerance or underlying inflammatory issues.

try ko kumain tom ng saging after heavy meal at uminom ng pepper mint tea. thanks sa suggestion
 
Try mo paconsult sa doctor hanap ka na libre lang pero sure kaba na abdominal problem?
feeling ko oo, kasi kung bloated stomach lang dapat mawawala na siya within a day pero sa kaso ko ilang araw na ko ganito. last resort ko na lang siguro magpa consult since mahirap din mag self diagnose.
