mga sir pwede po ba palitan yung modem na bigay ng pldt ?

Pwede kung may valid reason po. As for me, hindi nila papalitan ng free of charge kahit na yung modem na gamit ko ay pang 25mbps Plan pa. Naka 150mbps na kami ngayon, same modem pa din.

papalitan for what purpose? if trip mo lang, yes pwede kung alam mo paano,

if going to use certain un-offical methods I suggest to aral muna ng mabuti para hindi ka mahuli..


if legal nman reason mo, why not tawag ka sa 171 then request for replacement
