Better itawag niyo nalang sa 171 or via messenger @pldtcares, sabihin niyo public address wag static IP kasi pang business type yun. Maraming beses na ako nagrequest CGNAT to Public or vice versa, minsan stable sa CGNAT kesa public.

It took awhile kasi nataon downtime ni PLDT pero after recreating the ticket, the next day punta si tech then narequest agad. Ayun nawala na ung 100.x ko sa tracert sa 2nd or 3rd hop. Same na rin ang WAN IP at ung IP sa speedtest.net
