Sinearch ko na sa google pre. Normal na sa akin yan hard day eh dahil everyday ko ginagawa.

The challenge consists of sticking to five main pillars for 75 days straight:
  1. You must drink one gallon of water a day. (2 gallons per day iniinom ko)
  2. You must pick a diet and stick to it, with no cheat meals (also, no alc0hol). (Intermittent fasting no meat diet ko, wala din ako bisyo)
  3. You must workout twice a day for 45 minutes, and one of the workouts must be done outdoors. (wahaha 2 hrs per day cycling everyday ako)
  4. You must read 10 pages of an entrepreneurial or self-help book each day. (book reader ako, mas prefer ko magbasa kesa manood)
  5. You must take a progress picture each day. (heto lang di ko ginagawa)

20kg. Nagdagdag nga ako weight lifting exercise para magkaroon ng muscle mass dahil parang nasobrahan na sa pagkapayat. From 80kg to 60kg. Baka quit ko na din ang IF pero stick pa din sa no meat diet. Gaan pakiramdam pag wala meat. Pati anger management issues ko nawala dahil nailalabas ko ang stress sa exercise
