Totoo ba mga paps pag openline na modem mo may case na di ka makaacess sa ilang sites?

lol hindi naman openline nga modem ko access naman ako all site

using openlined modem and wifis since 2015, and I never experience such thing.
iwan ko ba san mo narinig yan. to access all sites, vpn is the key.

kung hindi ma access yung site, possible na naka block dito sa PH. VPN lang katapat nyan.
