Under SIM Card setting, you can see that SIM PLMN is not enabled, suggesting that the unit is indeed openline at factory.
But because of the Network Search being restricted to 51503 under PLMN Setting, then any other SIMs inserted will not find any network.

The solution would be to enable Network Search by ticking the box, and then replacing the default 51503 with a BLANK value (to use SIM HPLMN ID).
Regarding the APN setting, it doesn't seem to work even though an entry has been added. You can verify if the added APN name is used inStatus > Statistics. You will see under APN List thatpldthomewifiis still used.

Here's a bonus, you can UNHIDE sections underSettings > System > Maintenanceto access configuration backup and restore.

Bug yata 'yan sa firmware ng d2k, kahit ako madalas ko maranasan 'yan. Marami rin may ganyan issue.

may isa pang problema pag binago ko kaya cell id or band magiging stable yung mobile legends? hindi kasi siya stable dito da wifi na d2k
