Hello tanong ko Lang Kung effective po ba yung mass gainer pam-pataba Kasi gusto ko po tumaba or mag kalaman laman man lang kaso Hindi po ako palakain sumasakit din po tiyan ko pag na sobrahan sa kain tas hindi po ako pwede sa sweets food. Gusto ko po talaga mag kalaman laman Kasi nakakababa po Ng self eestem pag lagi ka nasasabihan na ampayat mo. 😔
 
mahal po ang mass gainer tas kakaunti din po ang servings.. ang maipapayo ko po sainyo is gawa kayo ng sarili nyong mass protein shake i blender nyo nalang po
example
1 scoop of protein powder
100grams of oats
2tbsp of peanut butter
250ml milk
1 banana

for sure nasa 900+ calories na po yan

and count nyo nadin po yung daily calorie intake nyo kung example is 1500 calories per day gawin nyong 1800 or 2000 calories per day para mag gain kayo ng weight
