🔒 Closed PLDT and VPN

Good day, old guy but newbie here but maybe someone can advise me. When i was using just broadband wifi i could watch tv programs via my android tv box without the use of a VPN. After the installation of PLDT Fiber i now need a VPN to do the same. Anyone knows why this is????? The use of a VPN is not a problem except for the buffering and the program halting. Any suggestions for a way around this??? Thanks for any advice
