opinion ko lang to pero need din kasi pagsabihan yung mga nag ooverweight na kasi for their own health din naman yun. pero not in a way na lalaitin mo sila or sasabihan ng masama for the purpose of being mean. pwede naman sabihan ng maayos at maexplain na hindi maganda yung too much weight lalo na sa pahanon ngayon na mahirap na magkasakit kesa naman magsisi sila sa future kasi hindi na nila nacontrol yung diet nila.
