Anong basis ng questionable health condition? May parameters ba to? I'm curious about statements like this 🤔
Sir Draft asked kung bakit kailangan magsinungaling based on this news.

Untitled.webp

and I made my response as kung bakit nga ba base sa context ng news

Actually papi may point ka other replies kasi ala nmn sense Kaya I chose to pick your brains 😁.

The "questionable health" part and the context you chose to interpret the OP eh tinatago ng cabinet nya kasi they don't want him to step down.

So ang tanong ko what makes for questionable health . Who actually decides na he is not fit to discharge his functions. Being sick ba is a reason to make him step down at everyone who wants him out of office eh yung health nya ang binabanatan.

Just being chismoso kahapon .

"So ang tanong ko what makes for questionable health."

Maybe the way he lose his balance and made a silly excuse that someone step at him kahit yung pinakamalapit sa kanya ay atleast at arms lenght yung distance sa kanya, ng naghanap sya ng ambulace kasi parang masama na daw pakiramdam nya at hindi na ma-pronounce yung words na ng maayos for a moment. When he stops talking for a moment to catch some breath kasi yung kasing kasing nya daw and even made a claim na baka doon sya mamatay.

"Who actually decides na he is not fit to discharge his functions."

At first it will be decided by the palace doctor then conveyed to the vp, the cabinet and the congress at the very least but we know that it was next to impossible since our government is a mixture of different political parties and they want to keep any information that is detrimental to your party even chismis lang o haka-haka as much as possible.

"Being sick ba is a reason to make him step down at everyone who wants him out of office eh yung health nya ang binabanatan."

Being unfit to rule is the reason to make him step down and being sick is just one of the means to justify their claim"

OO nga naging comedy na nga to the point that I would feel secondhand embarrasment pero kung na- enjoy mo yan you should check this out:

It also specifically states that, in such cases, the military chief and members of the Cabinet in charge of national security and foreign relations “shall not be denied access” to the president.

During the 1986 Constitutional Commission (ConCom) debates, the late Sen. Blas Ople, who proposed this provision, said this is important because:

“...the safeguarding of our national survival and security can be irretrievably impaired if the access of those in charge of national security and foreign relations is cut off.”

FYI din. The constitution pertains to two kinds of disability which would logically follow a serious illness no? . 1 is permanent while the 2nd is temporary. Permanent disability gives Congress the power to declare the president's inability to perform his functions while temporary disability gives the president the discretion to inform congress if his body can't take it anymore.

1. Permanent disability
Sec. 11 (3-4)
Meanwhile, should a majority of all the Members of the Cabinet transmit within five days to the President of the Senate and to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Congress shall decide the issue. For that purpose, the Congress shall convene, if it is not in session, within forty-eight hours, in accordance with its rules and without need of call.

If the Congress, within ten days after receipt of the last written declaration, or, if not in session, within twelve days after it is required to assemble, determines by a two-thirds vote of both Houses, voting separately, that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice-President shall act as President; otherwise, the President shall continue exercising the powers and duties of his office

- congress can declare him permanently disabled, gud luck with that.

2. TEMPORARY DISABILITY

Section 11. Whenever the President transmits to the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, and until he transmits to them a written declaration to the contrary, such powers and duties shall be discharged by the Vice-President as Acting President.

Whenever a majority of all the Members of the Cabinet transmit to the President of the Senate and to the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice-President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

-this section is another application of checks and balances.

Lastly and probably the biggest thing. The Supreme Court shall INTERPRET the constitution NOT THE CONCOM. They're the framers of the constitution. The Supreme Court will only look into the intent of the framers when there is ambiguity.

In this case there's no ambiguity kasi kung may sakit choice nya sabihin you can't go to court para pilitin si Duts kasi medical records are within the "zones of privacy". Constitutionally protected rights applies to all.

Past president's CHOSE TO DISCLOSE. Pag ayaw d mo pwede pilitin unless you get 2/3 of congress to check him. It only involves the executive, legislative and the judiciary na pwedeng pilitin ang isang coequal branch ng govt. San jan ang sambayanang pilipino.

Sinubukan na syang pilitin through a 42-page petition by lawyer Dino de Leon. Anyare? Junked kasi nga private ang medical records.

Try nyo nmn getting 2/3 of congress to inquire let's see if mapilit na siya isubmit ang health records nya kasi he has to prove himself healthy pag ganun ang scenario . 😝

More likely junked because most of the congressmen/women are ρáíd by duterte! Pork barrel has never been so high!!

Lah d ako mka pagreply under sa comment. Naka silencio naba ako dahil sa kadaldalan?! I don't think may mali sa sinasabi ko though pasenxa na sa mga na offend pwede nyo nmn debunk baka fake news yung sinasabi ko mwahahahahahahahahagaha d ako maka get over pls send help 😂🤣.

Anyways I expected more from you papi. Alam mo nmn I also like picking your brains pero this answer is very sabaw. I'm so disappointed 💔.

Eto nmn ang tip ko. We always hate on the top most leader kasi hindi nya nmn tayo kilala d yan makakaganti pg napikon siya sayo but honestly the nearest public official that you can reach is your brgy captain on the local level and your congressmen for nationals. In theory you can pressure congressman mo mg author ng batas that will directly affect your community's life.
