Eto 1987 Philippine Constitution . Anjan ang Bill of Rights mo, specifically Article 3. Lahat ng pilipino entitled to privacy especially health records nya. Panahon ni Cory ginawa yan kaya d yan kasalanan ni Duterte.

The 1987 Constitution says explicitly in Section 12, Article VII, “In case of serious illness of the President, the public shall be informed of the state of his health.

Eto basis ng mga chismoso kung baket curios sila sa state of health ni Duts. However hindi binabalita na for serious illness may karugtong na provision.

Succession under Section 8, Article VII​

During the President’s incumbency, he may die or suffer from permanent disability, or is removed from office (by impeachment) or he resigns in any of which cases, the Vice President shall become the President.

Serious illness must cause him permanent disability which will cause inability to perform his functions. In short kailangan mabaldado muna si duts dahil sa sakit nya para maging president si leni. Yan ang kulang sa kanto logic.

Pinagbigyan ni Duts ang mga chismiso by signing the Freedom of information Act. You can inquire into public officials’ and employees’ assets, liabilities, net worth and financial and business interests. Pero ang constitutionally protected right mo hindi pwedeng I violate ng isang mere law kasi ang constitution ang pundasyon ng Pilipinas.
