Pa help po Meron po ba ditong,Filmora or after effects pang windows 8.1?

oof win8, pero lets go with it. First of all Filmora basic editing lng sya for common post production use. Also After Effect heavy use po iyan (would recommned both Premiere Pro and After Effects for adobe supports and compatibility in between extension and adobe stuff). Also it depends on your specs po kung mageedit ka ng video for long session of editing.

Adobe After Effect advanced text/graphical editing when it comes to lyrical videos
Additional to lyric editing: Aegisub, kung gusto mo sync tlaga mga lyrics at gagawa ka ng kareoke (might need Handbreak app for merging your video and lyric file as one, converts into mp4)
