Hello, sana may sumagot. May nangscam sakin thru paymaya to gcash ang payment. Pwede ko pa ba irefund yong pera? Mababalik ba ng paymaya yon?

Nag email na ako sa kanila, nagrerequest ako ng refund kaso wala nagrereply. Di ko alam kung marerefund pa

Try to reach them out first sa facebook PayMayaCares chat mo sila via messenger then let them know of your concern kung matutulongan kaba nila to refund your purchase from a scammer. baka pwede nila ma block or disabled yan yung account/phone number ni scammer sa PayMaya if mag sumbong ka sa kanila.
