try mo scan system mo, sfc /scannow
redownload installer
run office scrubber
restart pc
try again.
let me know if the problem still there after following above steps

still there. pero okay na po. di ko lang nasundan mga ginalaw ko. baguhan pa kasi ako sa ganito. ang ginawa ko lang inactivate ko uli yung defender, tapos meron ako in uninstall na isang app,tapos sa start windows may logo ng office, niremove ko lang, tapos restart. ayon gumana na po.

Sir bat sakin 2019 pa din ung na install? Tapos may folder din na ayaw ma delete sa desktop?

2019 pa rin nainstall sayo using 2021 installer?
possible reasons:
incomplete/failed uninstallation of existing office
log out any associated account sa office
visit this thread and look for Office Scrubber
then try again.
folder na ayaw madelete?
Open any folder, click view tab, options, popup window will appear
in the folder view option click view tab. from the advanced settings, tick "show hidden files",
uncheck "hide extensions"
then go to your desktop and delete the folder.
If it doesn't work, boot into safe mode and delete the folder.
