Online Activat0r, ayaw na gumana possible reasons:

• may existing office na nakainstall
• incomplete/failed uninstall
• ibang installer ginamit

Workaround/Solutions:

• uninstall completely existing office (check my previous thread on how to uninstall office the right way)
• remove/uninstall other kms solution
• online activat0r provided is modified to work only in this build (hindi sya pwede sa retail version, only for volume)

If the above solutions still doesn't work,

• use the provided offline activat0r.

make sure to follow the instruction in the first page.
