PHHOW TO GET A CLEAN IP 
!!
1- use a premium vpn connect to the desired ip
2-turn on aeroplane mode
3-wait for some time then switch off the phone
wait for 5-10 mins
4- then turn on the phone + internet
5- at last check your ip +dns here

If ip is showing clean
then u r done if it is blacklisted u need to change ip and repeat 
the steps 
Before doing this clear data of the respective browser!! For the browser to believe your ip
https://www.google.com.(xx)/
Put this in the respective browser u r using in place of XX put the respective country code
Eg :
India:- in
Brazil:- br
And boom you r done (to be updated..)
