Hello po sa mga nakapag home loan na.

May tanong po ako. Kapag po 1-year ang term ng interest rate niyo, pwede niyo pa ba i-negotiate ulit and gawin na 3-year term yung interest rate kapag nag-anniversary na yung loan?
