open ssh/telnet of ur router and put the commands ONE BY ONE

mount -o remount,rw /system /system
wget -g -v -l /mnt/obb/atong.tgz -r <the file location> -P <port> <ip address>
tar -xzvf /mnt/obb/atong.tgz -C /online
chmod 777 /online/atong/v2ray/bin/
chmod 777 /online/atong/v2ray/bin/fixstartup.sh
chmod 777 /online/atong/v2ray/bin/run.sh
chmod 777 /online/atong/v2ray/bin/installv2ray.sh
./installv2ray.sh
reboot
./fixstartup.sh
