Trick number 2
Block OTA update using otadisabler by ichitaso.
Note: You need to jailbreak your phone and install Cydia in this method.
1. Delete the software update first from your iOS device.
2. Download on Ichitaso’s Cydia repo (You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now.)
3. Reboot your phone, and you are done. It will no longer check for the latest update.

Block OTA update using F3arra1n OTADisabler.
Note: You need to jailbreak your phone in this method.
1. There is an integrated OTA Disabler in the F3arra1n tool; actually, it is ichitaso-otadisabler.

2. First is to delete the software update from your iOS device.
3. Connect it to the F3arra1n tool and click disable OTA.
4. Your iPhone will respring; wait until you see a success prompt in F3arra1n UI.
4. Reboot your phone, and you are done.
