The reason why yung iba ay no browse it is not because of the bug or android version it is because of the mux concurrent connection.
I recommend sa mga config maker to set up the connection. Example If 1 person wants to access a simple web pages might required 10 connections kung 5 tao naman ay 50 connection the maximum is 1024 which is i think suitable for 100 person na connected sa config mo para kung sabay sabay sila mag request nang any web pages at any one time ay mahahandle ng server mo at upang hindi maiwanan ang ibang connected users na nagreresulta sa no browse.
But i recommend napsternetV dahil di mo na kailangan i set up yung connection the app will do it for you just click the mux.
