On Wednesday, October 24, President Rodrigo Duterte ordered his arrest just minutes after lawmakers finished grilling him at the House of Representatives. “Tell me who is this guy asking for money, extortion. 24 Reported Deaths
Our country is not safe anymore. In just a week (August 10-17, 2024) these are the crimes that we were able to compile. We are sure there are more, but these are just what we found online as reported by the media. We are demanding from the government to address this issue. We deserve to live in safety and be able to move freely without fear. Drugs. We believe that the proliferation of îllégâl drugs is one of the main reasons why crime is up. These crimes can only be committed by people who do drugs. We really need the government to step up and do more for the people.
Korean footballer Yi-young Park took to Instagram to share his alleged pickpocketing experience at Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig.
In his post, Park detailed the event: “I was walking on the street, and six women were surrounding me for quite a long time. Three people were in front of me, blocking my path to prevent me from walking quickly, and others were close behind me.” He claims he noticed something strange, “so I checked my bag immediately, and it was too late. The zipper was opened; they had stolen my wallet,” Park wrote. “They suddenly dispersed in three groups in different directions. So I could only chase one group. I caught up with a group and asked for my wallet back. They started making loud noises, asking me if I was crazy, saying ‘we didn't take your wallet’, and getting angry and overacting. It became clearer that they had stolen it. I asked the...
