First download the file

Then change the file extension into .cmd

and it should look like this

Ac†ïvâ†ør.cmd

You must have an internet connection

Run the file as administrator

This worked for me when i had done it 3x and so is for my classmate, the only application that it cannot activate is Microsoft Project, but the others are working fine and so there you have it, activated microsoft.
