VERIFY PAYMAYA USING SCHOOL ID​

Naverify ko yung sakin using these requirements:

• My School ID (issued SY. 2019-2020)
• Paymaya Consent Form (If Minor, Fill-up'an mo lang tapos papirma sa maguang or guardian; Paprint mo lang yung pdf nila sa comp shop or sa printer if meron kayong available na printer)
• ID ng magulang (for minor)
• Birth Certificate (NSO/PSA Birth Certificate; for minors din to)

Open mo lang yung Paymaya app mo then after successful login, magpunta ka sa verification at iverify ang account sa paymaya, tapos papafillup nila sayo yung specific informations so fill-up'an mo lang yun. Then papavideo sayo yung face mo dun, at iupload mo lang yung picture ng School ID mo. Then sa minor, iupload mo din yung picture ng Birth Certificate, Consent Form from Paymaya, pati valid ID ng parents then submit. After ilang hours or days, magtetext sayo si paymaya na verified na yung account mo.

Yung sa akin, nag-submit ako ng School ID ko na SY. 2019-2020, tapos pinicturean yung paymaya consent form, then upload yung NSO Birth Certificate ko, at yung ID ng magulang ko. Ginamit ko Driver License ng tatay ko. Then nagvideo ng face selfie as per instruction ni Paymaya, then after submit about 5mins, verified na yung account ko. Gumagamit na ako ng paymaya mastercard now.
