Work-out lang boss lalaki katawan mo at bibilis ka kumain ,basta high protein lang para madaling ma regenerate yong muscles mo
 
Tried ko na ito, barley capsule, 1x per day, Kung tight budget mo, 3x a week, herbal capsule ito, ako kasi nakakabili ng patingi tingi sa botica, 15 pesos each, tumaba ako dito Kaya nilimit ko na lang 1x a week.
 
Para sakin tsong consult a professional para malaman mo bakit nga ba d ka tumataba. Actually madmaing factors such as tulog, pagkaen, stress. Pero ano ba malay ko di naman ako doctor hahaha
