❓ Help zte mf631 Problems

hello everyone, pls am currently in need of help, i unlocked my zte mf631 modem with dccrap but whenever i try to connect it am always getting a message from my service provider "undefined connection error 6" have tried manual configurations without success. i was thinking of upgrading the dashboard or firmware or even flashing it. dont know if guys in the forum can help with this.
