Don't stop working out.
Contrary to some findings, exercise doesn't spur you to eat more later in the day, say UK researchers. In their study, men who ran on a treadmill for 90 minutes consumed just as many calories over the next 24 hours as they did on the days they didn't work out. One possible explanation offered by the scientists. Exercise may suppress ghrelin, a hormone that stimulates appetite.
