kahit pa wala kang bisyo kung wla ka din namang ginagawa hindi mag aactivate yung katawan mo kasi lalo lang yan tatamad pag hindi ka kikilos..
 
Payo ko lang tsong ayusin mo muna ang diet mo umpisa ka pag kain ng masustansyang pagkaen. Maaring payat ka or fit ka pero un pala unhealthy ka talaga d lang matataba ang unhealthy kung tutuusin may tinatawag mga tayong skinny fat eh. tapos start your day maglakad lakad ka for atleast 30 - 45 mins plug in your earphones makinig ka ng audio books. nakapag exercise ka na natuto ka pa. Again dmo kailangan maghard core work out agad agad. Introuduce mo muna sa katawan mo ung walking then gradually mapapansin mo yan na you can go for more than 40mins of walking from then on maybe you can go on weight lifting
