How to use?
1. Get EARFCN DL value first. (View modem's Device Information or you can simply use Huawei Manager)

2. Open EARFCN-Frequency Calculator

3. Select band from the list

4. Input EARFCN DL value then hit enter to calculate frequency.

5. Use the calculated frequency in Cell ID Locking
