The answer is absolutely YES. Pero dipende sa 'theme' na gagamitin mo. More effects or animations, mas malakas ang consumption sa core/thread processing specially pag walang video card or di kataasan ang specs. Pero ang pinaka dapat mong pansinin ay yung pag apply mo ng theme. Galing ba sya kay official Microsoft or third-party lang? Possible na may macorrupt sa default programs ni Windows OS kung i-apply mo sya.

Ok na po yan pero gaya nga ng sabi ng post below dapat mag ingat ka sa theme na gagamitin mo at siguraduhin na trusted site siya baka kc merong mga miner na naka tago sa background after mo g apply at mag cause ng kabigatan sa ram usage ng pc mo.

Meron namang mga trusted theme maker dito search2 lng marami master dito
