🔒 Closed HELP! LAPTOP NOT CHARGING.

Bumili po kasi ako ng Second Hand na Laptop. Dell Latitude po sya 2012 model. Ang issue po ay ayaw magcharge kapag naka-off. Need po muna i-on ang laptop bago mag charge. Then kapag naka-plug in ang charger, hindi din sya mag oopen.

PLEASE HELP ME PO.
Kahit na sabihin nyo lang po yung sira para kahit papano po malaman ko kung magkano aabutin ng pa-repair.

1. Remove the battery and the AC Adapter from the laptop.
2. Press and hold the Power button for 20 seconds and release it.
3. Reconnect the battery, AC Adapter and press the Power button.
4. The laptop should power on if the static charge was the cause.

You can press the "Fn" key and the "Power" button to start the hardware diagnostics if the laptop fails to power on after following the steps provided above.

hindi po. all working po sya dati. then bigla na lang ganito. Dell latitude e6430 po.
