sa work ko ay libre at usually ay nakakaminimum ako ng 5 espressos in the morning. empty stomach pa un madalas. hindi naman siya harmful at I can say na after 12 years ay wala akong problem sa tiyan. better na magtry ka ng alternative sa coffee, barley coffee is a good one, or ginseng coffee.
