Kain ka lang in moderation, inom in moderation. Lalo na sa mga foods and drinks na nakakapag pa sama ng sikmura mo. Iwas sa maanghang (jan ako nadali eeh) Wag ka din masyado magpa stress, nakaka dami daw ng acid yun sa sikmura. Wag ka din munang hihiga pagkakain mo, palipas muna 2 to 3 hours.
