That's how the law works especially in a democratic country like ours na me constitution na napakaraming butas. Not to mention the people who are guilty are long time seaters in those positions. You need to know everything about them first and how they move so you'd know how to defeat them. The words "Research" and "DDS" doesn't go together IMO

Halata kasing for personal gains ang agenda ni Du. Tignan mo appointees niya, puro retired military. Halatang takot mapatalsik sa pwesto. Ang dami naring nag cacall out sa inefficiency ni Duque as DOH Secretary, pero bakit hindi matanggal ni Duterte? May utang na loob?

Ang issue ng corruption sa PhilHealth ay matagal na bago pa man maupo ang kasalukuyang Presidente. Mas lumala ang korapasyon sa nabanggit na ahensiya ng maupo ang Aquino administration. Hindi na po maluloko ng mga dilawan ang taumbayan.
