Try mo yung mga link na binigay ko. Pero siyempre kapag libre limited lahat. Honestly, hindi ako approve sa direct connection sa database. kahit na Desktop Applkication. I would always suggest creating web services. Sa mga nakita ko sa ibang mga forums hindi lang dito. Karamihan di iniisip yung security. Just saying.

Yeah pero bad architecture yun. Kailangan mong ihiwalay ang config. Kung sakaling maiba ang connection mo papalitan mo lang yung config okay na. Ang isa pang problema sa Desktop e yung maintainability kapag nag-update ka ng code lahat ng ininstallan mo kailangan mo rin baguhin.
