I think your Laptop or PC is preventing from flashing the firmware of your 936, did you try another pc to flash?

1) I can't find mac address well. so I put the lan mac address........

2) I can't install OVPN 2 ....there is some error like ( can't find devices )

3) 192.168.8.1 -> setting -> network setting -> GSM only, UMDT only LTE only. is it ok? I cant find 2g, 3g only

I think my modem is slower than before. haha

Use a SUN Sim Card instead and register NONSTOP50 to 247 for 3 days.

And oh boy trust me, it's worth it for watching Youtube, not on Netflix, tho.
