Web po lods, i tried broadband stick, working siya sa localhost kasi may COM port, but di gumagana sa google cloud VPS debian 9, unless yung COM port ng pc ko yung babasahin ng VPS remotely kung possible man yon. Not an expert, I don't know how to implement it sir.

Oh it's web, you need a SMS API to that platform, I though is a software platform like mine.

Kung ang concern mo ay para idemo ang bulk messaging sa thesis defense, hindi mo yun kailangan gawin. 10 recepients is more than enough para masabing working yung feature na yan sa web app mo.
Meron nman mura gaya ng twilio.
